Tijaria Polypipes tumbles on debut
Settles at Rs 18.10 on BSE
Tijaria Polypipes settled at Rs 18.10 on BSE, a 69.83% discount to initial public offer price of Rs 60. The stock debuted at Rs 62 on the BSE, a 3.33% premium over initial public offer price of Rs 60. The stock hit a high of Rs 67.80 and a low of Rs 16.05.
On BSE, 4.74 crore shares were traded in the counter
The company has an equity capital of Rs 23.63 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
The company reported 2.5% rise in net profit to Rs 6.9 crore on 7.4% growth in total income to Rs 119.29 crore in the year ended March 2011 over the year ended March 2010.
Tijaria Polypipes manufactures high grade HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC and PPR pipes under the registered brand names of Tijaria and Vikas.

Gujarat Pipavav port to list today
The issue, which opened for subscription between August 23-26, was subscribed 19.94 times. Qualified institutional investors' portion got subscribed 13.2 times.
Shares of Gujarat Pipavav port Ltd. will list on the exchanges today. The Company has fixed the issue price for its Rs 5bn public issue at Rs 46 a share while price band was at Rs 42-48.

MBL Infrastructure to list on 11 January 2010
The IPO was priced at Rs 180 per share
Construction firm MBL Infrastructure will debut on the stock exchanges on Monday, 11 January 2010. The company had fixed the issue price at the top end of the Rs 165 to Rs 180 per share price band.
The issue price of Rs 180, discounts the the company's year ended March 2009, consolidated EPS of Rs 15.70, by a PE multiple of 11.46.
MBL's initial public offer (IPO) closed on 1 December 2009, with total bids for 95.77 lakh shares as against 48.6 lakh shares on offer. The qualified institutional buyers category was subscribed 3.34 times, non-institutional investors category was subscribed 2.64 times, retail individual investors category was subscribed 0.39 times and employee reservation category was subscribed 0.13 times.
Out of the total issue size of 57 lakh shares, 8.4 lakh shares were allotted to anchor investors, which includes 4.2 lakh shares allotted to Reliance Capital Trustee Company's Reliance Infrastructure Fund and 4.2 lakh shares were allotted to The GMO Emerging Illiquid Mauritius Fund at Rs 182 per share.
MBL Infrastructures is engaged in the business of construction and maintenance of roads and highways, industrial infrastructure projects and other civil engineering projects for various government bodies and other clients. It is also engaged in steel trading and waste management at major steel plants.
The company intends to use the issue proceeds to meet capital expenditure on procurement of construction equipments, funding working capital requirements and meeting general corporate requirements.
As per company's consolidated result, net profit rose 76.2% to Rs 27.4 crore on 74.72% rise in sales to Rs 513.64 crore in the year ended March 2009 over the year ended March 2008.

Raj Oil Mills to list on 12 August 2009
The IPO was priced at Rs 120 per share
Shares of Mumbai-based Raj Oil Mills will debut on the secondary stock markets on Wednesday, 12 August 2009. The shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The company had priced its initial public offer at the top end of the Rs 100-Rs 120 price band. The issue price of Rs 120 discounts the company's year ended December 2008 earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 8.2, with a price earning (PE) multiple of 14.63.
The IPO had closed for on 23 July 2009, with a total subscription of 1.24 times. The company received bids for 1.17 crore shares compared with 95 lakh shares on offer. The issue constituted 26.38% of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up capital of the company.
Raj Oil Mills is a branded player in the edible oil business. It is engaged in processing and marketing of vegetable oils. The company plans to use issue proceeds to set up various facilities at Manor, Thane district, Maharashtra. These include a refinery of 200 tonnes per day (tpd), which can process Sunflower, Soyabean, Groundnut, Palm, Cotton Seed oils; a crushing unit of 200 tpd for Groundnut and Copra; a Palm Fractionation unit of 100 tpd; and a Vanaspati Ghee unit of 50 tpd, an Ayurvedic and Cosmetic unit of 5 tpd and an in-house blow moulding plant for PET Bottles.
The funds of the IPO will also fund setting up of crushing unit of 200 tpd for sesame and mustard at Bagru, Jaipur district, Rajasthan; for brand promotion, expansion of marketing & distribution network and for setting up of research and development facilities. The margin money for working capital requirement and issue expenses will also be met out of issue proceeds.
The company reported a net profit of Rs 29.62 crore on sales of Rs 317.76 crore in the year ended December 2008.

Resurgere Mines & Minerals settled at Rs 524.35 on BSE, a 94.20% premium over initial public offer price of Rs 270. The counter clocked huge volumes of 3.31 crore shares on BSE.
Resurgere Mines & Minerals India debuted at Rs 272.05 on BSE, a marginal premium of 0.75% over its issue price of Rs 270. The stock hit a high and low of Rs 562.80 and Rs 272.05.
The current price of Rs 524.35 discounts its FY 2008 EPS of Rs 23.32, by a PE multiple of 22.48.
The company raised Rs 120 crore rupees through its 44.5 lakh share initial public offer (IPO) in a price band of Rs 263 and Rs 272 a share. The IPO was oversubscribed 1.16 times. The issue price was later fixed at Rs 270 per share. The issue opened for subscription on 11 August 2008 and closed on 13 August 2008.
Resurgere Mines & Minerals India is in the business of extraction, processing and sale of mineral products and exploration and development of mining assets. The product range includes various forms of iron ore such as Lump ore, Size ore, Calibrated Lump ore (CLO) and iron ore fines etc. and bauxite. The company sells all these products domestically except iron ore fines, which the company exports to China.
The company will utilise the proceeds of the initial pubilc offer for purchasing plant and machinery and purchase railway rakes to set up own logistics infrastructure facilities and funding working capital requirements.
The company reported 110.4% spurt in net profit to Rs 66.56 crore on 154.80% surge in net sales to Rs 418.57 crore in the year ended March 2008 over the year ended March 2007.

Vishal Information Technologies surges on debut
Attracts 29.43% premium over IPO price
Vishal Information Technologies settled at Rs 194.15 on BSE, a premium of 29.43% over the initial pubilc offer (IPO) price of Rs 150 on its debut today.
The stock debuted at Rs 150, at the same price as the initial public offer price (IPO). The stock hit a high of Rs 197.20 and a low of Rs 145.
On BSE, 1.17 crore shares were traded on the counter.
The current price of Rs 194.15 discounts the company's year ended March 2008 EPS of Rs 11.6, by a PE multiple of 16.73.
The Vishal Information Technologies IPO which closed on 24 July 2008 was subscribed 1.19 times. The IPO received bids for 33.28 lakh shares as compared to 27.90 lakh shares on offer.
Vishal Information Technologies provides IT-enabled services (ITeS) in the areas of data digitisation, e-publishing and digital library.
The company came out with IPO to fund its expansion plans including setting up a bigger campus and marketing offices in the US and UK.
The company reported a net profit of Rs 12.36 crore on sales of Rs 40.87 crore in the year ended March 2008.
