Surge in Q2 earnings may catapult Tata Motors
On a consolidated basis, net profit of Tata Motors surged 10106.6% to Rs 2,222.99 crore on 36.8% rise in net sales to Rs 28,572.71 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 over the quarter ended September 2009.
Net profit of Hindalco Industries rose 26.09% to Rs 433.81 crore on 18.66% rise in net sales to Rs 5802.76 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 over the quarter ended September 2009.
Net profit of United Breweries Holdings rose 19.01% to Rs 10.77 crore on 12.99% decline in net sales to Rs 88.40 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 over the quarter ended September 2009.
Net profit of B.L.Kashyap & Sons rose 13.68% to Rs 10.22 crore on 29.43% rise in net sales to Rs 310.69 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 over the quarter ended September 2009.
Net profit of Financial Technologies India declined 61.21% to Rs 84.65 crore on 29.34% rise in net sales to Rs 103.78 crore in the quarter ended September 2010 over the quarter ended September 2009.
