Turnover surges

ICICI Bank, Biocon October 2010 futures at premium

Nifty October 2010 futures were at 6,026, at a discount of 1.30 points, compared to spot closing of 6,027.30. Turnover in NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment surged to Rs 1,48,812.78 crore from Rs 1,40,928.80 crore on Monday, 18 October 2010.



Reliance Industries (RIL) October 2010 futures were at premium at 1047 compared to the spot closing of 1,040.25.

ICICI Bank October 2010 futures were at premium at 1119.40 compared to the spot closing of 1,114.65.

Biocon October 2010 futures were at premium at 455.55 compared to the spot closing of 451.90.

In the cash market, the S&P CNX Nifty fell 48.65 points or 0.8% at 6,027.30.
