Nifty October 2010 futures at premium

Turnover declines

Nifty October 2010 futures were at 6,081.05, at a premium of 18.40 points over spot closing of 6,062.65. Turnover in NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 1,37,903.25 crore from Rs 1,39,282.17 crore on Thursday, 14 October 2010.



Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals October 2010 futures were at premium at 310.10 compared to the spot closing of 308.

Tata Motors October 2010 futures were at premium at 1160.50 compared to the spot closing of 1158.90.

Infosys Technologies October 2010 futures were at discount at 3070 compared to the spot closing of 3079.95.

In the cash market, the S&P CNX Nifty plunged 114.70 points or 1.86% at 6,062.65.
