SBI October 2009 futures at discount

Turnover declines

Nifty October 2009 futures were at 5,120, at discount of 1.80 points as compared to the spot closing of 5,118.20. Turnover in NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment was Rs 65,953.48 crore, lower than Rs 72,005.84 crore on Monday, 12 October 2009.

State Bank of India (SBI) October 2009 futures were at discount at 2274 compared to the spot closing of 2283.70.

Sesa Goa October 2009 futures were at discount at 341 compared to the spot closing of 342.50.

Jindal Steel & Power October 2009 futures were at premium at 672.10 compared to the spot closing of 671.

In the cash market, the S&P CNX Nifty surged 63.95 points or 1.27% at 5,118.20.
