Tata Motors August 2009 futures at discount

Nifty August 2009 futures were near spot price at 4659.95 as compared to the spot closing of 4659.35. Turnover in NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment surged to Rs 88,341.26 crore from Rs 76,803.24 crore on Monday, 24 August 2009.

The near month August 2009 futures contract will expire on Thursday, 27 August 2009.

Tata Motors August 2009 futures were at discount at 487.40 compared to the spot closing of 490.35.

Tata Steel August 2009 futures were at discount at 456.35 compared to the spot closing of 457.85.

Suzlon Energy August 2009 futures were near sport price at 92.30 compared to the spot closing of 92.10.

In the cash market, the S&P CNX Nifty rose 16.55 points or 0.36% at 4659.35.
